Each piece is embroidered to order through our fulfillment partner to ensure quality and precision.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days prior to shipment.

During new releases or seasonal volume, processing times may extend to 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on carrier service and destination.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Dog Mom Life Social Club™ is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

However, we are happy to assist in initiating a carrier claim when applicable.
