For this reason, all items are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing selection

• Preference or styling decisions

Please review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: customercare@lindseyandcoco.com

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Dog Mom Life Social Club™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
