Each Dog Mom Life Social Club™ piece is embroidered to order—created specifically for you, with intention.
For this reason, all items are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Preference or styling decisions
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully prior to purchase to ensure the best fit.
Made-to-Order, Thoughtfully Produced
Every piece is produced on demand rather than in bulk.
This allows us to maintain quality, reduce excess inventory, and create collections that feel considered—not overproduced.
Orders & Shipping
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
Shipping times vary slightly by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@lindseyandcoco.com
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address
- If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to reroute it
If a package is returned to sender, we’ll reach out to coordinate reshipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ve got you.

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
There’s no need to return the item unless instructed—we’ll guide you through any next steps if needed.
